A BDE identifies new business opportunities, builds client relationships, and drives sales growth by promoting products or services and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for new business through lead follow-ups and market research on potential clients
Generate new business by meeting with prospects, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
Manage the entire sales process — from initial contact to closing deals
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly activity and revenue targets
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the [specify your industry] sector
