A Telecaller Executive contacts potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and maintain client relationships to support sales and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and clearly explain the products and services offered by the company

  • Contact existing and potential customers using prepared scripts

  • Collect customer information and record relevant details accurately

  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

  • Resolve product- and service-related queries in a professional and timely manner

  • Record details of all calls, conversations, and sales transactions

  • Take and process product orders efficiently and courteously

  • Maintain and update the customer database regularly

  • Suggest suitable products/services based on customer needs

  • Work closely with the sales team to meet daily and monthly targets

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role

    • Certification in sales or marketing is a plus

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities

    • Good organizational and multitasking skills

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

    • Time management and decision-making skills

    • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
