Telecaller Executive
A Telecaller Executive contacts potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and maintain client relationships to support sales and business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and clearly explain the products and services offered by the company
Contact existing and potential customers using prepared scripts
Collect customer information and record relevant details accurately
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Resolve product- and service-related queries in a professional and timely manner
Record details of all calls, conversations, and sales transactions
Take and process product orders efficiently and courteously
Maintain and update the customer database regularly
Suggest suitable products/services based on customer needs
Work closely with the sales team to meet daily and monthly targets
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role
Certification in sales or marketing is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Time management and decision-making skills
Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
